This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you interact with our services, websites, Facebook Pages, Messenger experiences, and related automation tools, including our OG Messages Auto application (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through our Services, including information we may receive when you:
- Visit or interact with our websites or online services;
- Interact with a Facebook Page connected to our Services;
- Comment on a post published by a connected Facebook Page;
- Send a message through Facebook Messenger or another supported communication channel;
- Respond to an automated message or interaction;
- Submit information directly to us; or
- Otherwise communicate with Modern Core Group.
Some of our Services integrate with third-party platforms, including products operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., such as Facebook and Messenger. Your use of those third-party platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Information We May Collect
The information we receive depends on how you interact with our Services and what information the applicable platform makes available to us.
Information Received Through Meta Platforms
When you interact with a Facebook Page or Messenger experience connected to our Services, we may receive information permitted by Meta and the permissions granted to our application, such as:
- Facebook or Meta user identifiers;
- Publicly available profile information, such as your name;
- Page identifiers;
- Post and comment identifiers;
- Comments you submit to a connected Facebook Page;
- Messages and replies you send to a connected Page;
- The content of communications you initiate with us;
- Timestamps and information associated with an interaction;
- Information necessary to determine which post, Page, comment, or conversation generated an interaction; and
- Other information made available through Meta APIs where permitted.
Information You Provide Directly
- Name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Business information;
- Information contained in forms, messages, or requests; and
- Other information you choose to provide.
Technical and Operational Information
Our systems and service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Services, such as:
- Request timestamps;
- Event and webhook information;
- System logs;
- Error and diagnostic information;
- Browser or device information where applicable; and
- Security and fraud-prevention information.
How We Use Information
We may use information to operate and provide the Services, including to:
- Detect and process comments made on connected Facebook Pages;
- Identify keywords or other user-initiated actions;
- Trigger automated workflows requested or initiated by a user's interaction;
- Send or facilitate relevant responses through supported communication channels;
- Process Facebook Messenger communications;
- Route inquiries to appropriate systems or workflows;
- Manage customer and prospective-customer communications;
- Maintain records of interactions where necessary;
- Provide customer support;
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity;
- Monitor the reliability and security of our systems;
- Diagnose technical problems;
- Improve the functionality of our Services; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
For example, if a person comments a designated keyword on a Facebook Page connected to our system, our application may receive information about that comment so that the appropriate automation can be triggered.
We process information obtained through Meta products only for legitimate functionality associated with our Services and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform requirements.
Automated Communications
Certain portions of our Services use automation. When you perform an action such as commenting with a designated keyword, sending a message, or otherwise initiating an interaction, our systems may automatically process that interaction and determine whether a predefined response or workflow should be triggered.
Automation may be used to:
- Respond to requested information;
- Provide relevant links or resources;
- Organize inquiries;
- Continue a conversation initiated by the user; or
- Route the interaction for additional processing.
We do not use automated processing described in this section to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
How We Share Information
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the Services. This may include disclosure to service providers that assist us with:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting;
- Database and data storage;
- Customer relationship management;
- Messaging and communications;
- Workflow automation;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Technical monitoring and error reporting; and
- Other infrastructure necessary to operate the Services.
These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual or legal requirements.
Information may also be disclosed:
- When required by applicable law or valid legal process;
- To protect the rights, security, or property of Modern Core Group, our users, or others;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of a business, subject to applicable law; or

Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information obtained through the OG Messages Auto application or Meta APIs for monetary consideration.
Meta Platform Data
Our Services may communicate with Meta products through APIs, webhooks, and other functionality provided by Meta.
Information received from Meta is processed in accordance with:
- The permissions provided to our application;
- The functionality requested by the user;
- Applicable Meta Platform terms and policies; and
- Applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
We do not request access to Meta information that is unnecessary for the functionality we provide.
Users may also manage permissions granted to applications through their Facebook or Meta account settings.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The appropriate retention period may depend on:
- The nature of the information;
- The purpose for which it was collected;
- Operational requirements;
- Security and fraud-prevention needs;
- Legal or regulatory requirements; and
- Whether the information is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
Some limited information may remain in backups or records for a reasonable period where technically necessary or legally required.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction.
Our systems may use encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls when transmitting or processing information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request information about personal data we maintain about you;
- Request access to your personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Request restriction of certain processing;
- Object to certain uses of your information; and
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of information associated with your interaction with OG Messages Auto or a Facebook Page connected to our Services.
Option 1 — Request Deletion From Modern Core Group
Send an email to: support@moderncoregroup.com
Use the subject:
Please provide:
- Your name;
- The Facebook Page you interacted with, if known; and
- Enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction.
Do not send your Facebook password or other account passwords.
After we receive and, where necessary, verify your request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from systems under our control unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Option 2 — Remove the Application Through Facebook
Where available, you may also manage or remove applications connected to your Facebook account.
- Open Settings & privacy;
- Select Settings;
- Open Apps and Websites;
- Locate the relevant connected application;
- Select it and choose Remove.
Removing an application through Facebook may stop future access through that connection. Information previously provided to us may still need to be deleted separately by submitting a Data Deletion Request using the instructions above.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws.
Depending on whether the applicable law applies to the particular processing activity, these rights may include the right to request:
- The categories of personal information collected;
- The categories of sources from which information was collected;
- The purposes for collecting or processing information;
- The categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed;
- Access to specific pieces of personal information;
- Correction of inaccurate information; and
- Deletion of certain personal information.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our Services may integrate with or contain links to services operated by third parties, including Meta Platforms, Inc.
Those services operate independently from us and maintain their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern how third-party platforms process information independently of Modern Core Group.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies and settings of the third-party services they use.
Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
We may preserve, use, or disclose information where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

- Enforce applicable agreements or policies;

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, data-processing practices, applicable laws or regulations, or third-party platform requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
